Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Crust:
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even layer.
- Pinch the seams together to seal.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup of granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the layer of crescent roll dough in the baking dish.
- Top the Cheesecake Filling:
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese filling, pinching the seams together to seal.
- Add the Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the top layer of crescent roll dough.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Serve:
- Once chilled, slice into bars and serve.
