    • Cook without stirring until the mixture becomes golden in color.
    • Carefully pour the hot caramel into a round baking dish, swirling to coat the bottom.

    • In a blender, combine the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  3. Bake the Flan:

    • Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until set (a knife inserted should come out clean).
  4. Cool and Unmold:
    • Remove the flan from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, which makes it easier to unmold.
    • To unmold, run a knife around the edges of the flan, and invert onto a plate.
