Ingredients:
- 1 pound bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

Instructions:
