Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.

- Season with additional salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve:
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
