Easy Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Butter or oil, for cooking
Instructions:
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk together with the mashed bananas until well combined.
- Add the baking powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
