Elegant and Flavorful Classic Steak Diane
Ingredients:
4 tenderloin (about 150 grams) of beef
1/4 cup cognac or cognac
1/4 cup heavy
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced meat
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Prepare electricity:
Season both sides of the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Tie and Serve:
Put the milk back on the plates and top with the sauce.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat the oil.
