  2. In a large bowl, add flour and salt, then mix well.
  3. Add the egg, oil, and yeast mixture to the flour.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and soft.
  5. Add the softened butter and knead again until the dough becomes elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Punch down the dough gently to remove air.

  10. Brush the top with egg yolk and milk mixture.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter.
  13. Let it cool before slicing.
