Garlic Herb Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
For the Garlic Herb Butter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Bread:
- 1 French baguette or Italian loaf, sliced into 1-inch thick slices
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter:
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Prepare the Bread:
- Slice the French baguette or Italian loaf into 1-inch thick slices.
- Spread the garlic herb butter generously onto each slice of bread.
- Bake the Bread:
