Glazed Pork Chops with Pineapple and Rosemary
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - Fresh rosemary for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Season Pork Chops:
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
 
 - Sear Pork Chops:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
 
 - Prepare Glaze:
- In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt.
 - Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
 - Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
 
 - Add Pineapple:
- Add the pineapple chunks to the skillet.
 - Let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes until the pineapple begins to caramelize.
 
 - Glaze Pork Chops:
- Return the pork chops to the skillet.
 - Spoon the glaze over the pork chops, coating them evenly.
 - Continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, basting the pork chops with the glaze occasionally, until the pork chops are fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).
 
 - Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish the glazed pork chops with fresh rosemary.
 - Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
