Preparation

First, place the warm water in a large bowl. Add the sugar and dry yeast, then mix gently. Leave it for about 10 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.

Add the flour, salt, olive oil, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and oats. Mix everything together until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave the dough in a warm place for about one hour, or until it doubles in size.

After the dough rises, divide it into small portions and place each portion in a small glass or baking mold. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle extra seeds over it.
