Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
    • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Shape the Patties:
    • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round, flat patties (about 8-10 cm in diameter).
  3. Cook the Patties:
    • Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve:
    • Place the patties on a plate lined with fresh lettuce. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon or serve with a dip like garlic yogurt sauce.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add grated cheese or finely chopped vegetables (like bell peppers or zucchini) to the mixture.
  • These patties freeze well! Prepare in bulk and store for a quick meal option.
