LASIC CHERRY DELIGHTCS
Unsalted butter, 7 tablespoons
About nine whole Grahams or one-half cup
(3) tablespoons sugar, finely chopped
Filling
8 ounces seasoned, beaten butter
1 cup powdered sugar
One teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Eight tablespoons (one cup) cold whipping cream
One 21-ounce can whole cherries

Place the butter in a medium bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix sugar and crushed crackers until smooth. Line an 8-8-8 baking dish and press the mixture down. Remove the table.
Add cream cheese to a large bowl. After the cream cheese is mixed with a mixer, it should not be completely lumpy. Then add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Don’t overdo it; Add cold whisk and mix until combined with cheese.
Use a spatula or spoon to spread the filling evenly over the graham cracker. Spread the cherry filling evenly on top with a spoon.
Add at least 2 hours of cooling time before serving. Just the way I wanted it all night long.

Jody, one of our readers, offers advice… The details are nice. Fill the hole with hot water for easy removal. Enough to cover the bottom and a small portion of the side of the pan. After waiting less than a minute, the crust comes off and the plate is thoroughly cut. Make sure the water is hot.
