LEMON CHICKEN WITH GARLIC CREAM
Ingredients:
1 kilo of thinly sliced chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1 cup of chicken fat
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup heavy duty
1 teaspoon dill
Directions
1. Prepare the chicken:
Season the chicken fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Find the chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken fillets until golden brown on both sides, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the pan and set aside.
3. Prepare the sauce:
Add the chopped garlic in the same way and cook for 1 minute until the smell disappears.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice and oil. Stir until the butter melts.
4. Cook:

Reduce the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.
5. Add the cream:
Pour in the whipped cream and leave until well mixed.
6. Completion of cooking:
Return the chicken breasts to the pan. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
