LIFE AND ONION

INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo beef or veal liver, chopped
2 large onions, finely chopped
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic . Remove the liver, divide it into the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
Heat the vegetable oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion to the pan and fry until soft and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the onion from the pan and set aside.
If necessary, add oil or butter in the same way. Place the liver pieces in the pan.
Cook the liver for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the outside is firm and the inside is still brown. Be careful not to overcook the liver as it can become tough if cooked for too long.
Remove the liver from the pan and keep warm.
Pour the broth or water into the pan and stir until it is completely covered. Remove the black parts from the bottom of the pan. Let it rest for a few minutes to get a smooth sauce.
Return the fried onions to the pan and add them to the sauce.
Liver and onion stew was poured over it along with onion powder.
