Melt-in-the-mouth chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
1 cup mayonnaise (you can also use natural Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt as a substitute), cheese and spices.
Spread the mixture over each chicken breast. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven (375°) for about 45 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot!
