Pineapple Coconut Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 can (400 g) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped cream (plus extra for topping)
- 2 tablespoons shredded toasted coconut (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Base: In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, coconut cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream to add a light and fluffy texture.
- Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and for the dessert to chill.
- Serve: Once chilled, spoon the pineapple coconut cream mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
- Garnish: Top with additional whipped cream, sprinkle with shredded toasted coconut if using, and place a maraschino cherry on top for decoration.
