Pineapple Fluff Dessert

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained ๐Ÿ
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix ๐Ÿฎ
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip) ๐Ÿฆ
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows โ˜๏ธ
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional) ๐Ÿฅฅ
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) ๐ŸŒฐ
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (for extra creaminess) ๐Ÿฅ›
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish ๐Ÿ’

Instructions:

  1. Mix the pudding & pineapple: In a large bowl, stir together the instant pudding mix and drained crushed pineapple until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add mix-ins: Stir in mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts (if using). For a creamier texture, add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve & Garnish: Spoon into serving bowls, top with a maraschino cherry, and enjoy!
