Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Grease and flour the wrapper or line it with paper.
Mix lemon zest, eggs and 120g sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Slowly add the flour and baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined. Add
Vegetable oil and continue mixing until the dough is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
While the bread is cooling, prepare the lemon juice. Mix the juice of 3 lemons, 100 g of sugar and corn in a pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until blended. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Score the bread with a fork or knife after it has cooled.
Pour the lemon juice over the cake and set aside.
In a separate plate, beat the 33% oil until stiff peaks form. Share the cream on the cake.
Make glaze by mixing water, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Pour the glaze over the whipped cream. Slice and serve
