Ingredients:

° Waffle Cones
° Fresh Strawberries
° Coolwhip 8 oz.

For the crumbs:

° Aureus Golden
° Ghee
° Strawberry gelatin 3 OZ

For the filling:

° 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
° Half a cup granulated sugar
° 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° Whisk cold 8 oz

Over the frosting:

° 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
° 5-6 teaspoons cream
° 1/2 vanilla

* Instructions:

Step 1 : Crush 16-18 Oreos and add Add 3-4 ounces of butter. Bake for 5 minutes. Avoid heat. , Crumb should have some stability right away.Add 3 ounces of strawberry gelatin to stick the tunic waffle cones together as well.

Step 2: In a bowl with a hand mixer, cream the cheese for 3-4 minutes until the lumps have disappeared and a completely smooth consistency is achieved. Scrape the bowl at least twice during this time.

Step 3: Add sugar and flour and mix well until everything is foamy. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.Also add the vanilla extract with a cold whisk and mix well until light and fluffy.

Step 4: Bake the cones for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Fill each cone with cream cheese filling. Top each waffle with freshly chopped strawberries.Step 5: Place the powdered sugar in a medium bowl.

Step 6: Add cream 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach the consistency you want your frosting or piping to be. Add vanilla extract, mix well and pour directly over the cones.
