RED VELVET CUPCAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cup APF flour
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
400 grams. Unsalted butter (room temperature)
5 pcs. Eggs
1 cup butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon.Red food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar and butter in a bowl and turn on medium speed, sift together all dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. When butter and sugar become soft…you can add egg and continue mixing on medium speed until mixture is incorporated. You can then add the dry ingredients except the cocoa powder. Also add vanilla, butter and milk. Then mix the cocoa powder and red food coloring and then add them to the mixture on low speed until well mixed. Mixed well, remove from the
mixer, then prepare a cupcake baking pan lined with a paper cupcake case, pour the mixture into the cupcake pan 3/4 of the way up to the edge and then at 160°C approx Bake for 35-40 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool…
