Salted lobster tail with garlic sauce

This is the only lobster tail recipe you’ll ever need, and it’s surprisingly easy! Grilled lobster meat is crispy, juicy, and every bite is delicious, especially after being dipped in warm herb butter.

Preparation method/ Butterfly Tail:
Use kitchen shears to cut off the top shell of the lobster tail, stopping at the bottom of the tail and sliding it over the top of the meat as you go.

Carefully open the shell with your thumb and finger and remove the flesh from the shell (remove the veins if necessary). Remove the flesh from the shell and keep it at the base. Press the shell together and place the lobster meat on top. Most of the lobster meat should be in the shell.
How to cook lobster tail:
Position a rack in the center of the oven with the top meat of the lobster tail at least 6 inches away from the upper heating element. Preheat the oven on high heat.
Mix marinade ingredients in a small bowl: 1 tablespoon parsley, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon dijon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1/2 tablespoon lemon. juice.
