Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 slices bacon
3 pounds red potatoes, diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
One tablespoon for the herb salad dressing
2 tablespoons of minced meat juice
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Coat the pan with aluminum powder.
Place the bacon slices in a single layer on a preheated baking tray.
Bake in the oven until brown and soft, usually 12-14 minutes. After letting the bacon cool, cut it into small pieces.
Set aside.

Place the slow cooker on aluminum foil, leaving enough room to cover the potatoes. Coat fries with nonstick cooking spray.
Place a layer of diced sweet potatoes in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with half the shredded cheddar cheese, Ranch seasoning, and crumbled bacon. Repeat this process two more times and save 1/2 cup of cheese for later.
Cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours, on high heat for 3-4 hours or until the potatoes become soft.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbled cheese over baked potatoes. Close the slow cooker lid and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
