Strawberry Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 pie crust, baked and completely cooled
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
1 16 packages sweet potatoes
¼ cup strawberry jam
Instructions
Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth using a hand mixer. . Gently fold everything to combine.
Pour the strawberry butter filling into the prepared crusts.
Add the strawberry jam in a single layer over the filling.
Cut the remaining herbs in half or quarters and place them on top of the jam.

If necessary, add the remaining butter to the strawberries. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
