Ingredients:
• 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O
• 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
• 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
Optional for topping:
• Extra Cool Whip
• Maraschino cherries or fresh strawberries

Dissolve the Jello:
In a medium bowl, pour ½ cup of boiling water over the strawberry Jell-O mix. Stir until fully dissolved—about 2 minutes. Then add ½ cup of cold water and mix again. -
Chill the Jello Mixture Slightly:
Place the dissolved Jello in the fridge for about 15–20 minutes. It should be cool to the touch but not set—this helps keep the whipped topping from melting when mixed. -
Fold in the Cool Whip:
Once the Jello has cooled, gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined. The mixture should be light pink and fluffy. -
Fill the Pie Crust:
