Strawberry-Mango Swirl Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • For the Mango Smoothie:
    • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
    • 1 cup mango juice
    • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • For the Strawberry Smoothie:
    • 2 cups frozen strawberries
    • 1 cup strawberry juice
    • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mango Smoothie:
    • In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, mango juice, Greek yogurt, and honey.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • Pour the mango smoothie into a separate container and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Strawberry Smoothie:
    • Rinse out the blender and then add the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice, Greek yogurt, and honey.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Swirl Smoothie:
    • Take a tall glass and alternately pour layers of mango smoothie and strawberry smoothie to create a swirl effect. You can use a spoon to gently swirl the layers together if desired.
    • Repeat the process for the second glass.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh strawberries or mango slices on the rim of the glass.
    • Insert a colorful straw for an added touch of fun.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Adjust the thickness of the smoothies by adding more juice or yogurt to your preference.
  • For an extra icy texture, you can add a few ice cubes to each smoothie before blending.
