Strawberry Seismic Cake
Ingredients
1 box cake mix
Ingredients needed for cake mix
(usually water, butter, and eggs)
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 package (8 oz) light cream cheese
1/2 cup salt, unsalted butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Prepare the cake mix according to the package directions. Carefully fold in sliced strawberries. Pour the batter into the prepared bowl. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour spoonfuls of the mixture over the cake. Sprinkle coconut and white chocolate on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cake is cooked through and the edges are golden brown. Let the cake cool before serving. The top gives a nice crackling effect, shake and delicious bags of cheese and strawberries.
