1. Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 220°C.
2. Prepare the potatoes:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove all dirt.
Dry the potatoes with paper towels. Using a fork, poke several holes in each potato to allow air to escape.
