Toffee Pecan Cookies

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup toffee bits 🍬

  • 1 cup chopped pecans 🌰

Instructions

Prepare the Cookie Dough:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture.

  5. Fold in toffee bits and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
