Ingredients:
For the Filling:
- 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Peach Filling: In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well to coat the peaches evenly. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the Topping: In another large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
