Baked magic shrimp in lemon butter sauce

ingredients:

1 pound peeled and unhappily shrimp

5 tablespoons of unalted butter, melted

3/4 cup of dry white wine (alternative chicken broth)

3 knuckle , chopped

salt and pepper to taste

For the topping:

3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1.5 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Put the oven on Preheat 200°C.

Mix the wine and half of the melted butter in a saucepan. Bake for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to reduce.Mix the shrimp with the remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange in the baking dish.
For the topping, mix panko, parmesan, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the shrimp.

Bake for 12 minutes.For even more crispiness, grill on high for 1 to 2 minutes more.
