Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease 4 oven-safe mugs or ramekins and set them aside.
Step 2: Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until you get a smooth, pourable batter.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared mugs, filling each about ¾ full.
