GOOD PEANUTS
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tsp flour
4 eggs
COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring water, oil and vanilla to a boil. Add the flour.
Stir constantly until it separates from the sides of the pot and forms a ball. Remove and cool.
Beat 4 eggs one by one until fluffy.
Drop T. on baking sheet (you will need 8 for a large size) and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Food cut in half and filled with pipe or mint. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour melted chocolate.
Filling
Beat everything in the mixer until thick!
