Baked French onion

Ingredients:
2 LB Chuck Roast
2 cups red onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced meat
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 hand Worcestershiresaus
1/4 cup broth
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Finely chopped Thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried
2 teaspoons Finely chopped Parsley
1-2 tablespoons All-purpose flour or corn

PREPARATION:
Take some, add tomato sauce, beef, rice , pickled garlic, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and white vinegar.
Remove excess fat from the roast. Salt and pepper the roast on all sides. Add half of the red onions to the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour half the sauce over the onions. Place the fried minced meat on the onion and pour the remaining onion on top. Pour the remaining sauce on top.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours. Once done, roasting is simple.
To make skillet gravy: Use 1 tablespoon cornmeal or flour for 1 cup slow cooker gravy. Heat over low heat and stir frequently until the sauce thickens.
Serve the casserole with the sauce over roast potatoes and some fresh parsley (optional). To enjoy!
