Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan.
1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until brown. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion softens.
1. Add crushed tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, dried thyme, dried basil, salt and pepper and mix. Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to settle.
1. Place half of the boiled eggs on the bottom of the prepared plate. Spread half of the meat mixture over the noodles.
1. Pour half the cream over the beef mixture and sprinkle half the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
1. Repeat with remaining sauce, beef mixture, cream, and cheese.
1. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the casserole.
1. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
1. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbles appear.
