Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Avocados:
    • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil to the bowl with the avocado.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Use a fork or an immersion blender to mix the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chunkier texture, you can mash the avocados with a fork and mix the other ingredients in manually.
  4. Season to Taste:
    • Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  5. Serve:
    • Transfer the creamy avocado spread to a jar or serving bowl. Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
  6. Storage:
    • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To prevent browning, press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the spread before sealing the container.
