Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients👇
* 4 slices bacon
* 1/2 onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, garlic
* 1 lb. cup grated Cheddar
* yellow mustard
* 4 tbsp. butter, melted
* sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon strips but keep 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying pan. Cut the bacon.
Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, then add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove the oil.
Cut the puff pastry into 8 squares according to the desired size. Top each square with ground beef, herbs, mustard, cooked bacon, and cheese. Roll the edges into a ball.
Place the burger buns side by side on the sheet. Lubricate the surface of the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 20 minutes until the food is golden brown and cooked through. Serve with ketchup if desired.
