Baked Philly Cheesesteak Drops
Ingredients:
12 Slider Strips
1 pound Ground beef
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Onion, diced
6 small pieces of cheese
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Onion, diced

Separate the top and bottom of your roll and roll it 30 x 15 Place on a 1/4-inch plate or baking tray.
Cook the meat until cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside when cooking is finished.
Fry the peppers and onions until soft.
Prepare the bread by applying a small layer of mayonnaise on the top and bottom of the roll.
After the meat, onions and peppers are cooked, distribute the meat, then the peppers and onions evenly on the bottom of the oven.
Put a layer of protolon cheese on the peppers and onions.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and 1 tablespoon green onion.
Place the bread slices on top of the cheese and brush the top of the bread with the butter mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes (or until the cheese melts).
Cut and serve.
