  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

 For the mushroom sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces (approx. 225 g) mushrooms, sliced ​​(e.g. button mushrooms or cremini -mushrooms)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for decorating)

  1. Prepare roast beef:
