Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf
You know this meatloaf is a bomb when all the kids eat it!
2 pounds ground beef, carefully selected to achieve a balance of lean and fat
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, carefully chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

8 ounces strong cheddar cheese, either on sticks for one Surprise center or grated for a melting heart
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
