Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
½ cup Bisquick
2 large eggs
400°F
Beef and onion add to a bowl. Put it in a large pan and cook until the meat is dry and the onions are soft. Drain the oil. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle the cheese over the meat.
Add milk, onion soup, Bisquick and egg to a medium bowl and whisk together. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
