Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced ham, bell peppers, onions, green onions, and hash browns to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Assemble the Casserole:
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake the Casserole:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set in the center.
    • If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover the casserole with aluminum foil.
