★ Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs (preferably panko for extra texture)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper 97 and paprika, beaten egg in one, breadcrumbs in a third.

Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to hold in place.

Heat the oil in a pan or deep fryer to 175°C.
Fry the chicken strips in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain the oil and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy your chicken fillets!
