Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
These golden cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with juicy seasoned beef and plenty of gooey melted cheese, then finished with garlic butter and Parmesan. They’re crispy outside, soft inside, and perfect for an easy dinner, snack, or party appetizer.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute, then remove from the heat and allow the filling to cool slightly.
Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a round. Place some seasoned beef in the center and top generously with cheddar and mozzarella.
Bring the edges of the dough up around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush generously over the tops, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheeseburger bombs are puffed and deeply golden brown.
Brush with a little more garlic butter while warm and finish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.
Serve them hot so the cheesy center stays wonderfully melted and gooey. Would you eat these with ranch or burger sauce?
