Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
35 Oreo
1/3 cup salted butter, melted and cooled
3 cups cream cheese, softened ((see notes))
1/2 cup yogurt, room temperature
2/3 cup granulated or pure sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch (also known as corn starch)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups dark chocolate, melted and cooled Chocolate sauce

Preparation:
Fan Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Cover the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan with baking paper. After cutting neatly, cut off the excess paper.
Add the Oreos to the bowl of the food processor and pulse until smooth. Alternatively, you can place the cookies in a large zip-top bag and crush them with a pin. Pour the oil into the rice and pulse or stir until the rice is coated and looks like wet soil. When you hold it together in your hands, it should stick together like cookies.
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the pan lined with baking paper and use the back of the spoon to press the edges of the pan towards the top. Pour remaining cookie mixture into pan and press. Cook for 10 minutes and let cool. Reduce oven temperature to 120C/250F.
Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the bowl of a clean food processor. Pulse until smooth, about 1 minute.
Remove from pan. Add the eggs and pulse until smooth. Remove the pan again and add sugar, starch and salt. Pulse for another 60 seconds. Add the
Electronic chocolate and pulse until smooth and creamy. Remove the bowl and mix for another 60 seconds.
Pour the mixture into the chilled pan and use a spatula to smooth the top. Place the electric frying pan on a large, round plate at least 5 cm high. Then place it on a large baking tray, at least 2 centimeters deep. Fill a large pot halfway with cooking water. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center of the cheesecake jiggles slightly. After cooking, let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once cooled, open the clip on the pan and release the cheesecake. Place on a serving plate. Finally, pour the chocolate sauce. Spread it gently towards the edges using a spatula. Slice and serve.
