CHOCOLATE FUDGE IN 5 MINUTES
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup condensed milk
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 /2 cup walnuts
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil; Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the pan from the heat. Add the miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and chopped walnuts.
Step 2: Beat the fudge for about 1 minute or until the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is well blended.Pour the fudge mixture into a buttered 8-inch square pan and allow to cool and set.
Cut fudge into squares.
