Ingredients:
For the cake:
3 cups flour
1/4 cup salt
1 cup refined sugar
4 tablespoons baking powder

1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
Cinnamon Ingredient:
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar , packaged
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
For the cheese sauce:
4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) salted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 -3 tablespoons 2-3 tablespoons milk (adjust to taste)

For the cake:
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 9×13 baking pan until the dough is smooth. Beat in melted butter until well combined. Cinnamon filling:
