Classic Potato Salad Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook Potatoes: Place diced potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
