Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup (180 g) all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons (25 g) refined sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup (300 ml) milk 977 flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Tips:

• Keep warm: If you are making a large batch, you can keep the pancakes warm on baking paper or a safety plate in a low-temperature oven (about 90°C) until you are ready to serve.
