Directions:
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt until well combined. Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and boils, about 8-10 minutes. heat and add chopped chocolate, butter and vanilla.
Stir until the chocolate and butter melt and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the dough onto individual plates or into a large bowl.
Press a piece of plastic wrap over the pool to protect the skin.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until cold and serve.
Top the cream with whipped cream or fresh fruit, if desired.
