Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe
8 eggsEgg
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped green onion

1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
¼ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
– Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover it with cold water. Bring the water to a boil and immediately remove from the heat. Cover the eggs and let them sit in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the hot water, let cool, peel and chop.

– Place the chopped eggs in a bowl; Add mayonnaise, green onions and mustard.Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
